Building Manager/Operation Assistants

The overall role of the Building Manager is to meet the needs of the USA 学生中心 客人. They are responsible for the general supervision 学生中心主任 and the events taking place within, and represent the Assistant Director and Associate Dean in their absence on evenings and weekends. The Building Manager is responsible for assisting other 学生中心 staff; building security; event management; emergency procedures; preparing room set-ups, including all audio-visual, and maintaining cleanliness 学生中心主任.

捷豹卡助理s are responsible for providing great customer service, data entry, cashier reporting, and answering inquiries about the 使成锯齿状卡. 执行基本计算机操作 trouble shooting and printer maintenance and will support the 计算机实验室 Assistants 必要时. 捷豹卡助理s must also provide assistance to USA 学生 seeking technical help with computer/printer related 问题. 

Student Involvement Specialist

The Student Involvement Specialist helps to connect students with organizations, events, and programs that match each student's interest. They are responsible for assisting the 学生活动 staff with organization registration, special events and projects. Another important element of this job is welcoming guest to the Student Life suite, answering the phone, and clerical tasks.
