课程评价 & 调查 (CES; Formerly EvaluationKIT) is used by the University to manage 学生 Perceptions of Instruction (SPI) by using course and user information stored in Banner. 学生 responses are kept anonymous and all data is collected for later reporting to department administrators and instructors.
When using CES, it is best to start with an understanding of the three primary roles.
管理员: Each dean, department chair, and authorized 工作人员 member will have access to SPI response rates and reports for courses in their unit. 允许访问结果 one day after final grades have posted.
教练: Each course being evaluated is required to have one or more instructors. 教练 have the ability to see the response rate for their courses and is given access to their results one day after final grades have posted.
学生: Each class being evaluated must have at least one student. 学生回答 SPI evaluation and their answers are used to create the results for the evaluation. All student answers are kept anonymous.
You now have three options to log into your CES account:
- 电子邮件: Use the access link that you receive from southsurveys@squirreltrapping.net 在评估期间.
- CANVAS: Use the EvaluationKIT Course link in the Global Navigation on the left of your screen.
- SSO: Use the single sign-on link located on the 所有申请A-Z 网页. 搜索 for "课程评价 & 调查."
If you are having trouble logging in you may not be authorized to access CES. 的 CES link is only to be used by enrolled students, faculty, administrators, and authorized 工作人员.
